Technology

 

Technology classes are Food and Hard Materials. The students attend a technology class for half the year, once a week for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

The Food Technology programme supports students’ learning in key areas of safety, basic skills and hygiene. These are linked to breakfasts, lunches and simple meals, with the emphasis on basic nutrition.

The Materials Technology programme is all about learning to design and create a product, using appropriate skills and safe working practices. Learning is fun, engaging and rewarding.
